Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

• Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days
• Sabah & Sarawak: 5-7 business days
• Free shipping on orders over RM150

International Shipping

• Delivery time: 7-21 business days depending on destination
• Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment on the courier's website.

Shipping Delays

Faded Kulture is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Extreme weather conditions
• Events beyond our control (force majeure)
• Delays by the courier company
• Incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the buyer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Faded Kulture is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to buyer error. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.

Lost or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost during shipping, please contact us at jiieexiee@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, along with photos and your order number.
